"Turned away from drop in session again!"

I can only use the drop in facility at the Central Health Clinic after 2.00pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays due to work commitments. I called Thursday 6th of December and Tuesday 11th December to be turned away on both occassions as the clinic was closing early due to staff shortages (Thursday) and too many people waiting to be seen (Tuesday). If the drop in centre is open until 3.00pm it should accept patients up to 3.00pm regardless. If this is not possible then change the closing time to 2.oopm and stop wasting everyones time, effort and cost to get there!.
