"Prescription not picked up"

I have used Boots the Chemist on the Moor Sheffield for some time, I order my prescription over the internet and phone Boots the Chemist to pick my prescription up from the Doctors surgery, then I pick up my prescription in a few days after. For some reason they have not picked my prescription up from the doctors, This has happened on a few occasion, when I ask why the are rude and arrogant. The last was the last straw, I will be taking my business to another chemist..
