"Cheap burnt sponge !"

Although nice to look at, cake was not the design I had ordered. Lady owner unfriendly and abrupt. Sponge is cheap packet mix with synthetic cream, and was burnt on sides and top (and I mean burnt, was actually black!) We were unable to offer family and friends any of it, and it went in the bin as even the icing tasted burnt. Only just read past reviews on Sheffield Forum saying their cakes were burnt too. Wish I had read these first as it ruined my daughter's party..
