"Exceptional Customer Care"

My husband and myself booked our first ever cruise on Saturday 6th July at Meadowhall Retail Park Branch. I can't remember the last time we received the exceptional standard of customer care that we received from Michelle. We were in the office until just before 6pm but didn't feel rushed by staff wanting to leave for the weekend. Even staff who weren't dealing with us took time to tell us of their own cruise experiences. What a fantastic team you have representing your company at this branch. I have and will continue to be an advocate for this wonderful group of people..
