"Good car, not great after service."

The car is well kept and maintained and in good shape. There are a few small issues: Initially they were unhelpful in accommodating myself to come for a test drive, however they did hold the car for one week after I put down a deposit. Once I bought the car I noticed: The car came with no spare key, front tires need replacing shortly, worn wiper blades and the tank was not filled up as promised. There has been mix ups with paper work and there have been no updates from Park Lane Motors ends voluntarily. All in all disappointed with after sale service.
