"Great pub for familes"

Went here for Sunday lunch for my husband's birthday with our small children. It was first time we have been and we will definitely be returning. The service was excellent, our children were made to feel very welcome, big play area for children up to age 12, great menu, food arrived very quickly. The food was all cooked on the premises and freshly made. The roast dinner was superb. I can't rate this pub highly enough, We have eaten out on lots of occasions as a young family, but this was the best place by far..
