"Good venue, hard to reach to book"

I have met there for a dance class and Tai Chi, It is a pleasant, spacious room, and well lit. I've enjoyed taking classes there. In trying to book the room, however, I was a bit frustrated in not getting a reply over a week's attempts of leaving phone messages..
