"Acoustic guitar by Steve Gaines"

Hi I am in possession of a lovely well made large bodied acoustic with the name Steve Gaines on the headstock and also stamped inside the neck to body joint dated 1997 ,I would be grateful and interested in the makers whereabouts and if he had made any other fine guitars such as this ,this particular guitar belongs to my friend dermot whose owned it for 20 years.
