Rude, I’ve seen this man shout at pensioners and demand to know exactly what is in a parcel instead of asking if it is one of the restricted items, tell one lady her parcel wasn’t wrapped properly when it clearly was. Shall never go in there again and will certainly discourage my friends and neighbors to do the same..
