My e-mail password disappeared from my computer effectively preventing any communication I tried the instructions on screen without success so presented it to staff at Real Computer Shop where it has originally purchased. It became a frustrating and extremely lengthy task attempting to liaise with provider. Two members of staff worked diligently on the problem trying a variety of ways to re-set a new password. Finally staff managed to establish a link with a provider technician and work through a process leading eventually to the reinstatement of a new password. I'm so grateful to the technical skill and professionalism, together with a large dollop of good humour which brought the matter to a successful conclusion. Well done Real Computer Shop..
