"Rubbish"

They take your deposit, then the phones are dead and the shutters are always down. If you need to ring or see them to ask about anything forget it. The worse place ever to order a cake from, we made that mistake and they almost ruined my special occasion. A friend helped out at very short notice, the cake she made was amazing. As for cakecraft they should not be running a business as they have no idea how much distress they cause..
