"Why no refunds on Boxing Day!"

How come no refunds given on Boxing Day, we now have to come back for a second time, when one person on a till could have done the job and given the service that we know BHS can give. Only one tiny sign by each till and only seen when having queued. A sign on the front doors would have helped..
