"MHAGS great drop in for mental health"

MHAGS has helped me rejoin society after years of isolation and loneliness, there more like a family helping each other through the bad times and the good ones. Its so easy to lock yourself inside your own 4 walls and drive yourself crazy. Why not instead come along have a cuppa meet others for help and support. I did and never looked back. Nowadays I go regularly joining in activities, day trips etc.
