"Great dentist poor receptionist"

Been there a few months now I am petrified of dentists and they helped me really well during my treatments, the receptionist however is constantly on the phone on personal call I can barely ever get through I have been trying for ten minutes this morning and its constantly engaged and when she eventually answers the phone you get an hello as if your her personal call and she's had to hang up on her for two minutes and your ringing back. Really unproffessional!! The only bad thing about the surgery..
