"Problem sorted in a jiffy"

I bought a car charger from Phones R us a couple of months or so ago and found that it had suddenly stopped working. Luckily I still had the receipt so I decided to take it back to the store the lady was helpful and told me she would have to firstly test the item, which I had no issue with. Seen as I had only purchased the item a couple of months before I was kindly offered an exchange as good will. Thumbs up !.
