"Missing relative"

I have twice requested information regarding a missing relative,on behalf of my brother -in-law. His father Mr Loukes had a half sister whom we believe is a resident at Abbeyfield. Unfortunately no one seems to be able to confirm this. We can understand that such details may be confidential but it would be nice to know if she is still alive. Any suggestions as we are unable to visit?.
