A review of Royal Mail by Ellis written on Wednesday 30th of January 2019
Called 3 times and just got sent to an answer machine. On the 4th It was just me entering numbers so they could "get me to the right department" at the end of this process I get told to contact my line manager which is impossible as I no longer work there. How difficult is it just to talk to someone and get it sorted?.
