"Total Disregard for Client"

Have used this firm for 20 years. Used to be reliable. Now just a TOTAL disregard for client. Pre-booked drivers simply don’t turn up. If you phone the office a recorded message tells you your taxi is on its way.when you eventually get through the handler tells you they can’t find a driver.even though you pre-booked. They don’t even call to tell you.they just leave you hanging around waiting for a cab that will never turn up. Directors Shahan and Arfan Dad should be ashamed of their business..
