"A shambolic organisation unable to perform even the most basic service."

A review of Royal Mail by Rob Howe written on Thursday 4th of January 2018

Apparently a delivery attempt was made, but no card was left for me. Therefore. I had no idea a delivery attempt had been made. Having chased the sender and found the tracking info, I have attempted to re-arrange delivery only to be told it is now too late to re-delivery and the package will be returned to sender. Phoning Royal Mail is pointless as no-one answers the phone. To summarise; Royal Mail's one job is to delivery a parcel to my home address - they cannot manage this, they cannot inform me that they have attempted a delivery, and they do not employ people to answer phones at their sorting office. A shambolic organisation unable to perform even the most basic service..
