"Unhelpful, unpleasant"

Cecil Penneys are apparently short-staffed and blame the customer. Made the mistake of turning up 5mins early for an MOT appointment and was spoken to in an unpleasant and offensive manner. I try to spend locally but for motor services I will in the future and would recommend anyone else to go elsewhere..
