"Non-existent customer service!!!!"

Reference number on redelivery card coming up as invalid when I try to book redelivery online. Rang only contact number on card and Royal Mail website - its automated so not able to get any help re: invalid item reference number. Tried Pond Street sorting office contact number - no-one answers and have no faith that leaving a message will elicit any helpful response.

Since the closure of the Ecclesall Road sorting office ( which was by far the most convenient way for me - and many others- to collect our undelivered items) I have used the online booking system many times without any problems, However the first time I have a problem it seems impossible to sort out quickly and easily. It's very poor customer service indeed not to be able to speak to member of staff to help resolve this Very frustrated - please sort this out Royal Mail..
