"Ploughed up grass verge! Parcelforce"

I just confronted a parcel force van driver about him driving onto the grass verge on Tapton Crescent Road at 13:45 on 23rd Feb. He rudely told me there was no where else he could park and that he was in a rush. The grass is rapidly being churned up and he is the only one I have caught so far..
